Yellow Dog MeatLoaf
In a large mixing bowl mix equal proportions of beef and pork then add chopped onions, sliced mushrooms, Italian seasoned bread crumbs, eggs, and cubed bread (mixed with water to soften). Stir all the ingredients together. Place mixture in a glass or aluminum rectangular or square pan and shape accordingly. Spread Yellow Dog BBQ or Wing Sauce over shaped meatloaf mixture and sprinkle bread crumbs all over. Bake at 350 until done.
