Pork Butt with Yellow Dog Sauce!
Place pork butt in a slow cooking crock pot. Add cut onions (quartered), sliced carrots, celery (not chopped). Remove pork butt from crock pot and inject or puncture with Yellow Dog Sauce, braise or brown on both sides. Place pork butt back in crock pot with chicken or vegetable stock and fill it half full. Add prunes or apples for sweet taste. Marinate with more Yellow Dog Sauce. Place a cover and slow cook for 7-8 hours, (high heat cooks in 4 hours). The temperature should be complete at 165 degrees. Add potatoes one hour before complete.
