Chops & Steaks with Yellow Dog Sauce & Spice!
Rub Yellow Dog Spice on both sides of your steak or chop, and sear both sides. Grill to your liking- rare to well done. Add Yellow Dog BBQ or Wing Sauce 15 minutes before the meat is done the way you like it. Keep a dish of sauce on the side for some extra dabbing.
