I’ve tasted barbeque sauces from all over the country during my illustrious 30-year career in driving a truck here in United States. The variety of sauces out there is remarkably astounding!
Unfortunately, to our surprise nothing really seemed to stand out from the crowd. Some of those sauces are too smoky, some are too sweet, and some have chemical ingredients enough to be declared toxic!
We needed to find that ultimate barbeque experience, and that is how my wife JoEllen and I created the Yellow Dog Sauce Company. Our homemade barbecue and wing sauces are the result of hundreds of hours of reading, cooking, and the best part, taste testing! The ingredients are so simple, it’s almost sublime. We simmer our homemade sauces to ensure that the spices blend perfectly to create what we think is the best old fashioned barbecue and wing sauce around. Try it on beef, wild game, pork, lamb, chicken, or fish!
